1.2. BUYER (CONSUMER): The person who places an order via meqtec.online. The contact details provided during the checkout process shall be used for all legal communications.
2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this Contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer from the Seller’s website meqtec.online.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICING
The type, quantity, brand, model, color, and sales price (including taxes and excluding shipping costs) of the products are as stated in the order summary on the website and the invoice sent to the Buyer.
Note for International Sales: Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The Buyer declares that they have read and informed themselves about the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method, and the preliminary information regarding delivery on the website.
4.2. The Seller is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract in a sound, complete manner, and with warranty documents or manuals if applicable.
4.3. The delivery of the product shall be made via the Seller’s contracted courier company to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.4. For the delivery of the product, this Contract must be confirmed electronically and the price must be paid by the Buyer’s preferred payment method.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.
5.2. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Buyer, or a third party indicated by the Buyer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
5.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via [Email Address] within this period.
5.4. The products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. The return shipping costs shall be borne by the [Buyer/Seller – choose one, usually Buyer for international] unless the product is defective.
6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s special requests or personal needs (customized items).
Products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if their protective elements (seals, tape, packaging) have been opened.
Software, digital content, or consumables if the packaging has been opened.
7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In the implementation of this Contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the Seller is located are authorized within the limits declared by the relevant Ministry. For international transactions, the parties agree that the laws of Turkiye shall apply.
8. ENFORCEMENT
By completing the payment for the order placed on meqtec.online, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Contract.
